    I'm really confused by some of the items on this report;

    1) Streaming appears to actually have fallen. Am I misreading the line chart ?
    2) During the quarter subscriber churn ws 6.9 per cent, a 3 per cent improvement on the 7.1 per cent in the prior quarter <<<<- 7.1 - 6.9 = 3 ???????

    I'm reading the report as I am rushing home from work admitedly but I am really concerned as a holder.
