Fundamentals as in poor management, management who have failed to negotiate any partnerships or deals. Management who give themselves exorbitant pay rises and bonuses when the company posts a 10m loss.

Fundamental is obviously more than just financial analysis, also industry, competitors and the company itself. All those key fundamental aspects QFX is worsening by the quarter by the year.

Then of course there is the dire financial situation, like being technically insolvent, liabilities of 8m due before Dec 30th, FY14 10m loss, Q1 3m loss, only 2.6m cash on hand even after the recent CR and SPP and of course the long history of losses,CRs and continued downward spiral of investors equity in the company.


Hence my statements company both fundamentally and financially is worsening by the quarter. Now if you want to combing the two as financials go right ahead, won't help the company which is on a rapid path towards a liquidation event and finally bankruptcy.

MC is down to 9m and the SP approaching half a cent. How bad does it have to get?
