Kat, genuine / serious question here. At what point are QFX oblidged to notify ASIC if they are insolvent? If SL is operating Quickflix whilst insolvent or knowing that QFX will be then he would surely be committing a crime and he as well as the board would end up in the slammer. Surely Cashel as well would face prosecution.
