I didn't say the company is currently insolvent, I said they are technically insolvent - liabilities exceed assets - again another number on the balance sheet which has worsened considerably over FY14 Negative Equity from 6.5m FY13 to 10.6m FY14 63% increase in just one year.

One thing for sure on insolvency and notification, investors have had all the prior warning your going to get via financials for a couple years now. The only other notification (warning) for investors from here will be sudden suspension from trading. Directors will tell investors everything is fine right up until the eleventh hour, seen it before with companies big and small.
