This is not really a correct reading - the whole point of the Norwood world apps is it actually keeps work and private stuff completely separate, even though they are happening on the same device.

If you are making personal calls or messages you use the native phone dialler or message system on the phone, and the company doesn't know about them, and they don't get put into compliance databases, CRM etc. Depending on the MDM used (and particularly on iOS), there is probably actually no way for the Company to see them. (Note that this is not a Norwood issue anyway - MDM is a concept many large companies use and Norwood doesn't control that part). The inability to automatically "suck out" messages from the native message program on the phone and put into a compliance database actually creates one of the market opportunities that Norwood is chasing.

If you are making work calls or messages, you use Norwood's World Apps, and those calls or messages get logged into the company's CRM or compliance platform as per whatever it is the enterprise client needs or wants for either compliance or CRM purposes. Industries with heavy compliance don't get to pick and choose which work related messages get archived - they all have to get archived, no matter when they happen.

For the employees that won't allow "company" apps to be installed on their personal phones - that is fine, but you wont get your work email on your own phone if you don't, and the company will not pay you an allowance for that phone, nor will you be able to do anything work related on it, full stop. Probably you will have to get issued one of the clunky brick phones from IT to do work related tasks, or if you are not high enough level or in a certain job role that requires it they simply wont give you anything.
