Also From what has been shown in the Jorc the consistency of phosphate and other impurities has been pretty consistent and known for a while. Seems a weird hold up when they actively state they have a preferred flow sheet for the expansion.

Also weird leading off about financing when they don't yet have a feasibility for the expansion. Maybe more going on behind the scenes.

I could understand a slow down in the feability if you thought a commercial ihp plant was in the offering to add to the fs. Would also make it a more attractive investment.
