Just reading through some of that material 618. Interesting to see, in addition to the fertiliser related acquisitions, Koch's recent acquisitions of renewable energy and smart grid operators, Sentient and Depcom.
Given Koch seem to be spending $billions on both clean-energy-transition companies and old-school fertilisers and chemicals, you can see why they would be very interested in Haber (as it combines both elements).
