Game over once your past 51% in control. Is why I sold wgo to Stx, plus already had Stx and been buying more Stx.
In a way might get two takeovers for the same coin.
Rinehart likes to control, and the mixup ensures she will have it all.
I've always seen Stx as prime to control the urea market here and get a fair chunk of global sales on it.
Pivot is the only producer here, rest imported from China.
