Agree Daytrader and you have to give 'sophisticated investors' credit as savvy enough to not be taking on 28 million shares (at a premium) without heaps of confidence in the management team, the operators and the prospect as a whole. To me, this is a super vote of confidence. It's quick money to get the job done and still leaves the option open for shareholders down the track to participate in further fund-raising when the project has been de-risked further. I think the move is a winner. Cheers beers to all.
