Well, well, well....this would seemingly make it pretty hard for Beach to get over the line...unless Strike want them too. It will be interesting to see if they make a broader 1:1 offer or let the market take care of the rest, i.e. Gina / other bidders. Very interested to see where the board takes this. GLTA
