Often land purchases may carry with them Easements which enable neighbouring properties to legally allow access on such properties. You can do a title search from the land titles office on line to see if any easement is registered. Sometime they aren’t registered but in sales contracts. These still have a similar effect. If it’s not there then it’s possible access could be denied. I doubt this would happen as all players are there for the same goal leaving competition aside. Best to make friends not enemies in this industry.
