Attach a pipe to it and flare it off
It's all going to depend on the JV agreement how that situation would be handled. Maybe STX can borrow gas from the JV; maybe STX pays WGO for their share.
Once they get their act together, I reckon they'd sign up to the AGIG plant anyway. Other options don't make much sense.
