We would have to pay a lot more for the UIL holding on a successful WE drill anyway. If this was the ultimate goal.
Now on the plus side we become the largest or one of the largest land holdings of the Perth basin with now many highly prospective play s. I somehow don't think UIL directors would have accepted the takeover with out Stuart and Poynton convincing them they are soon to be in the winners circle with jaws. Remember that making the statement we are soon to become a mid cap oil n gas producer is a grand claim to the market.
