Yap - not arguing with him on that one as it's not far off my NPV calc (which of course can be completely off the planet wrong) but time will reveal no doubt
I will need to do some work on a new version to reflect the TPD merger but I will be surprised if it shows any uptick to the NPV valuation. In fact, I reckon it will show a drop in valuation (albeit small) if I am a betting man.
