That's a nonsense either way those who accepted the STX offer, large all small, got exactly that 1 STX share for each WGO share. Are you saying that all future strategies and every permutation of those strategies should have been highlighted in their statements. We might do this but then again we may not.
I think this was purely opportunistic and possibly a master stroke.
