I thought by accepting the HPL offer STX would close their own or did. Haven't had the time read it all yet.
If Gina were to accept ours with all her shares she'd have to be well over the 20% threshold and would have to launch a TO bid?
Maybe she would only take a 19.9% position and leave it for another day....who knows.
Either way she'd be in too cheap and it's not good for SH's.
STX need to close their offer.
