I don’t think it’s that straight forward but have been musing the last few days on circumstances that would allow Gina to annul the JV. Does anyone have any insights?
my fears are that if this was possible then she could pull the rug from under stx and team up with CE regarding a processing plant and possibly even a urea plant.
