I would call it making lemonade out of lemons.
STX new they would struggle to capture WGO once BPT offered cash.
We countered with script (never popular) so cash always wins so enters Gina with cash.
What do we do? we up the the offer which increases the acceptance of various offers.
I think the board realised once MIN entered the writing was on the wall where taking control of WGO was impossible.
Thats when our board i believe made the best possible decision for the situation they found themselves in.
Great work done by our board and thats difference between STX'S & WGO'S thats why WGO are dead in the water and we march on stronger than ever.
