I am 99% certain your husband is incorrect. When WGO signed over the operatorship of EP469 to STX as part of the farm in process, they gave up that right. I am aware of some change of operatorships due to bankruptcy/insolvency, asset divestment/transfer, etc. But I have never come across any previous precedent where a JC partner can force a change. If your husband can provide one single example where this had happened previously, it will be good reference.
