I dont know if it means much... but for the last few weeks the imbalance between "buyers" and "sellers" on the market depth chart has been 10:1. Ten times shares offered by buyers vs sellers. But today its actually improved 2.6:1.
It seems some buyers finally coming out to play at these extreme low levels.
