I take back my comment about "less than optimal weather conditions" as harvesting operations commenced this week and whilst temperatures currently are a bit on the low side for natural drying of the almonds after shaking, the temperature is moving into more normal levels for this time of year later in the week and mostly dry conditions with low chance of rainfall of 0 to 1mm per day over the next two weeks and then dry conditions for the following fortnight.
