You cannot say with confidence that the company having no debt and a sizable bank balance now or at the time was forced to sell 13% more above 2019 into the market and 33% more than was produced.

Also, given that it has been mentioned in a recent podcast that spodumene stock piles are 2 months yet the company shipped 50% of their sales in the last quarter of last year. Which might equate to 6 months of production volume. I am very stumped as to why they would do this in what seems an act of desperation for sales as opposed to bringing value to the company.

The issue here is the lack of negotiation, which is the failed act by Galaxy in utilising and controlling their supply to benefit the company.
