    Prob the most consistent buying I have seen on EQR since the initial move up from 3c a LONG time ago. The news will take a time to circulate around because it is not a stock on many peoples radar but the improved BFS seems to have created a value trade as the current Market cap is just too far from the NPV.

    Time will tell if it goes on and, more importantly, holds
