Agree @HeliosUK and this is exactly what we have been talking about for the past few months.
Do we have this wrong or is the market asleep at the wheel? Naturally, I believe it's the latter
Are we ever going to see proper, and I mean proper, value or are we going to get gobbled up for a miserly few bags? Who knows
What is the strategy, flip the first set and then fund the rest? More CR's etc. and sure up the whole field so to speak. Personally, the former is far more appealing.
Mgmt team?? Updates on CEO?
Etc. etc. etc.
Patience required on this one however if my numbers are even within 25% of what I believe them to be, it is hard to find a better value play on the market as we speak. Or of course, we all have this completely wrong!!!
