Agree with points both +ve & -ve, the point I didn't state in my post but certainly implied, was that with this extended and ongoing increase in traffic, it seemed high time that it translated to dividend increases.

The existence of Athens in the portfolio makes me wary going forward, and I think analysts have noted this too. Would be surprised if AIX not looking to unload at some point.

I reduced holding after XD, happy to hold portion longer term and probably increase again on signals.
