I dont think they care too much about whether the 25M SPP gets filled or not. Its more just a goodwill gesture to retail investors.
They already have the 106M insto placement in the bag + the 200M debt from Macquarie + existing cash at bank. The 25M is pretty inconsequential in the scheme of things.
