my best guess is they have now a bit more confidence that the BASE METAL HORIZON that sits above ,or overlaps, the PGM Horizon, is now worth spending more money on, as far as further assaying is concerned. In other words as their confidence grows, the willingness to spend more money increases.
That's my take.
Most exploration and early stage work with all small companies comes down to a battle with spending as liitle as possible to get results. As results grow, the luxury to spend more grows.
