I was going to buy a few average down parcels on the way down from .054cents thanks 2ic I didn’t!!!
if I was to buy 1 of those parcels now $5k @.012 cents and it went back to .054 cents that $5k would be $22500.
the big end of town aren’t going to give that kind of reward to me.
this has to consolidate, sell out or flat line.
i know stocks can go bad and come good again but they generally have something that generates income to make the come back.
it weighs heavily in my thoughts DRE is done.
