    I honestly do not think it works like that. If the announcement was not ready it was not ready.

    How can they release something if they do not have it yet? You are assuming they had it ready.
    The company cannot be blamed for holders selling shares before an announcement was released. They have no control over that. How were they to know it would drop 30%?

    Best of luck with whatever you move on to though, I hope you make a few out of the next one I wish you the best
