Disagree, you don't just keep drilling to find out if it is economic, you run scenarios to assess the rationale of an investment in drilling and drill to that strategy.
Cadia is a block cave. Block caves cost billions of dollars to establish and have very high throughputs to keep units costs ALAP - so they need to be very, very, very large ore bodies. Block caves also only work under very specific geotechnical conditions.
Jupiter is tiny by comparison.
The next cheapest underground mining method is sub-level caving and I don't think the grades would support the volume of development required. Refer to something like Big Bell.
Then as an open cut pit someone already pointed out stripping ratio.
A 1 g/t ore body doesn't make the grade (excuse the pun).
