There's a false claim in LKE's investor presentation of 16 July:



Wrong. Standard Lithium (USA) has produced a higher purity than Lake, and I would expect Lake's BOD to be aware of that. This is not a big deal to me, I'm not that interested in what's possibly at laboratory-scale, however it is an example of a misleading statement by Lake directly to investors.

I have more than a than a few concerns with this company, the marketing spin that comes out of it and whether they can actually deliver what they're claiming.

For now I'm standing on the sidelines observing the share price action over the next month, which I expect to be quite volatile.
