I don’t agree. My average buy is a touch under 8c (pre-35c option conversion) and my investment has been life changing already. I had enough conviction (like quite a few others) to accumulate a high number of shares along the way since 2017. The return so far is well above seven figures and I believe there is a lot of upside left to be had.
I do agree that it may be more likely to have great returns if you got in at 3c - but I believe the returns are more a function of the level of conviction - based on the belief in your research and backed up by both long term accumulation and the ability to hold. I think there would be plenty of previous holders out there that bought at 3c or less but chose to exit and take profits earlier. The real money is in the holding!
