I'm somewhat surprised at the markets (early) reaction here. Perhaps its grappling with the CAPEX issues.
An extra equity base will make financing easier if they are to run parallel projects, I would think.
Someone mentioned Gina R as a possible suitor, but the Chinese dicate our fate (unfortunately & wish it were not so).
