GJ is an industry veteran I wouldn't be surprised if the guy running blue sky is a mate. When things are rock bottom you grab hold of everything you can and you need trusted partners to get that leverage. I'm guessing that is the arrangement. Yes it's not quite the steal that blue sky get but it's pretty close to rock bottom and the oil price has changed dramatically since then.
