That’s a takeover, I would assume as they have invested recently outside of Sacramento they would come up with a new name that’s more Global and you would get x amount of shares in new company for x amount of your existing shares.

Again, I’m only speculating and Borba would need to be a success, new Company would own 100 percent of Borba plus all other assets increase in percentage. Associated costs would be much lower.
