Did some more reading of previous anns as I wasn't here for dempsey.
After reading it I can understand why some people would be reserved with XST, a lot of decisions didn't pan out like they had hoped.
It appears that the legal proceedings what about some subscribed investors that didn't pay up which had a detrimental effect on the company, and out of the 33m that was ordered to be paid to XST I could only find 500k that was actually paid..... wonder if their still chasing them for it (This is based on what I found and I could have missed something and therefor this information is incomplete).
It certainly felt like there was a cloud hanging over dempsey and XST had a smaller WI as well.
Borba 1-7 definitely has a better vibe about it, all the fundamentals are better this time around.
