Hmmm, we didn't know that there was gas in a separate fault block 7km from M1. It's big news and a very big relief. And we didn't know there was hydrocarbons in the UA.
As for everything else you said I completely agree (except don't diss Roch, I have become quite fond of her, almost like a little ultra positive pixie that you can always rely on for a what the f$&k comment. Nonsense but at least you know what you are getting until it flips to ultra negative). But I digress. Completely agree that a degree of caution is required. I am 100% sure people have used margin on this. This still has plenty of risk and if you don't believe me, then listen to Scotty as he has said this plenty of times.
