re: Ann: Strong Gold Drilling Results - Gift ... In the early days of Kundip some of the pioneering prospectors were able to make a good living from the alluvial gold in the area. "There's Gold in them thar hills"

These alluvial patches are on their own do not add a lot to the resourse but what I like is that the whole area is now becoming a significant gold field. The alluvial and gold-copper bearing quartz reefs of volcanic origin that have already been discovered are significant and in all probability may just be the tip of the iceberg.

The exciting question I have is what lies below and of course the large number of shallow discoveries at Kundip are open at depth with some already targeted for undergroung mining after the open pit stages. The deeper drilling will only happen from the bottom of the pits several years down the line I guess.

So although the Phillips River Project is already a viable proposition it is the exploration upside at Kundip (and of course around the other extensive tenements) that is exciting.
