Explorer miners will do CR all time before Project up and running with revenue. CR is essential for the project is keep going. Some explorers just raised CR and no significant results. SGQ already have proven resources and will add more.. no doubt about it. SGQ current JORC already significant Tonnes and Grading compare with other peers in the REE and Niobium market in the world. More drilling more resources will add up. Some Fudders like Shares2 try to scare the people with the word of CR. CR will not always make Sp down. Even goes up because Market sees as the project have enough funds and will succeed. Don't listen that kind of people.
