This would ring true of a blue chip. This is Buffet talk. This is no Buffet stock.

Underlying their entire business model is the reliance of share prices in their backdoor listings increasing. This makes me uncomfortable. More backdoor listings to come.

When i invested in ALA it was to tap the market for money to invest in hot digital businesses.
Profitable business. Business that would grow through the use of ALA services. Especially around their app development division.

ALA to me was supposed to be an Australian incubator with a big bank. And if they listed companies, ALA had an exit in the listing. So they, and shareholders, could get a return on investment.

Not my type of model. Not a smart model IMO.

Have you seen any client app work the fee-division has done? I've asked ALA to tell me a recent client they have completed work for as i wanted to gauge their talent and how they treated the client.

Must not have got my email...

And you do realize that ALA can state they have $1.5m in the pipe line because they could just add their own products to the books... So i'm not sure if they actually have any real clients off the street. The revenue from that division may very well be revenue from working on Apps ALA have or have partnered with.

No idea to be honest. Worth checking out.

I'd love nothing more than to see ALA smash $1.00. I'm a big fan of the Australia tech scene.

If they start to turn around i'd jump back in without to much hesitation. But on the sidelines for now.
