I dunno about you but last thing I'd be thinking of as a CIO in December is changing my call centre software.

I'd be trying to book a vacation or figure out what gifts to buy my kids.

Maybe its different in the US/EU coz its EOFY?

Still, I'm not gonna be expecting much in a month where the world shuts down. All I care about is this:

Jun 20: eMite ARR $4.4m
Dec 20: eMite ARR $5.9m (up 35% HoH)
Jun 21: eMite ARR $7.6m (up 29% HoH)
Dec 21: eMite ARR $10.7m (up 41% HoH)

And its important to note that the size of the deals that eMite is doing now is way bigger (and more lumpy) so the sales conversion process is going to take longer. Humana alone was nearly $2m or 20% of eMite's ARR in one deal.

And if they can make Snare land some ARR in CY22, that's just cream.
