Ricky, for mediation to work you need TWO willing parties. I know we have at least one party. which is willing. Not sure the other one is interested. Their only interest is to delay paying us any $ for as long as possible. So if a resolution is not found then back to court for a decision. That's how it works. The mediator can try but at the end of the day they are only human like the rest of us.

The $30 mill is a guess. Could be higher or lower, I have no idea. But you can be sure the whole claim will not be paid in full. It is a complicated world and fault will be found with both parties in some way or another. Its just the way it is.

I think the FFS must have been at work early this morning thus the error. Sorry. Don't forget I am sure there will be a tax liability for the payment received and the directors will probably want to hang onto some $ for working capital or the staff Xmas party. JMT
