I know they can accrue interest against it but that would still only be at a minimal amount so I would have thought at best we will get back what we expect or are owed. Also if you look at the Supreme court mediation they say..A Court registrar or a judge will act as the mediator. All of the registrar and judge mediators are trained mediators and have many years of experience. So my view is if you loose at mediation, when its being overseen by a judge or court registrar the the chances of you winning in the Supreme court are limited - so you might as well cut your loses at that point and try to get away with a reduced settlement. Then I am not sure how you work out a special dividend of 2-3c if we get a $30mil payout? On 125m shares $30mil of cash is 24c per share - so why would they only pay out 2-3 c if they get 24c in? I'm guessing we will get $8-$12mil in, and they will pay out 6-8c of it as a special div. Can you let me know what I am missing?

Ricky99 you’re not missing anything, especially not logic that is missing in Rikardo’s post. There is no logical way a $12m claim can turn into $30m. That being said, I doubt they would pay out $10m in dividends from a $12m windfall, especially when tax needs to be paid on the $12m given they have already written off all the costs.
