Hi Timetotrade, FGR is also listed on the Frankfurt market.

So if announcements are released after market here, they will be prior to opening in Germany.

As well as the German industrialist taking up almost 5% in the recent raising, there is another almost 10% held by European retail holders.

Will be interesting to follow the reaction in Europe overnight.
