+0.5% since inception?! IPO price was $1.25 and 6.5c div since inception. The real figure for shareholders is -18%.
Good ol' Geoff and his little deceptive tricks. The figure he uses is pre-tax NTA and the performance is before expenses and fees....
WGB is by far the largest holding at 16.2%!! Most fund manager would be reluctant to have 10%+ in one stock even if they were convinced it's a winner. WGB was trading at a ~18% discount on 30th June.
Since Geoff and Kate Thorley are both directors on both WAR and WGB boards, they should propose to wind up WGB in the interests of both WGB and WAR shareholders.
