Was like a Mexican standoff. Enormous buy orders sitting within ~2% of the last price, and almost nobody willing to sell. On my platform (Westpac) there were around 1.2 million buy orders within 5% of the SP, and less than $60k of sells. Basically nobody was willing to give up their shares yesterday. A few day traders likely taking profit today. US markets saw a commodities selloff, but we'll likely see that flip again tonight.
