So while merchant get 25% of the wells production revenue etc - as a bonus after payback of costs to drill ,,, what about the main game ?
25x appreciation of acreage - re sale of 10million reserves target ?
Does BRK get all of that ?
10m x say $10/bl = 100m
FD 790fp + 435 2c ops + 25 3c ops = 1250 FD
100/1250 = 8c
9 plus bags on the heads 0.9 to to 8c
30 plus bags on the options 0.2c to 6c
Can they get half of that ? Worth the punt IMO.
Can they get more acreage and exceed their 10mb reserves target?
