1% fees that they take is their wages basically so I don't have issues with that one but my biggest issue with WAM and majority of other funds who take bonus simply to outperform their previous poor performance. Funds should only be taking bonus when they outperforms market (not necessarily previous year performance of the fund).

I know a Fund like that. It's called WAM and by your disclosure above you're already an investor.
The performance fee in WAM is the outperformance relative to the All Ords Accumulation index.
But you know...DYOR and all that!!
