PMET do have some pretty good outcrop not near any significant water bodies. CV13 , CV12 and CV8 looks good. They could develop those first before the others like CV5. Just in my layman opinion, the exploration priority was put on the wrong set of pegs.
Yes building the road will be no issues and our 30 man camp is just nearby the Trans-Taiga highway with a small seaplane dock and heli pad
