It's not small holders.
It's large holders (bigger than you), wanting to, or at least attempt to, get a sell down ans accumulate at lower levels.
The same happened the day before the ANN.
Once they've had theor fill it will rip. That could take some time as this is so tightly held.
We are going to see a CHN style re rate over 2023.
